Overview
My Practice
I practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust and estate litigation. I became an attorney because I enjoy working with people and for people, and I like helping families plan for their future. The relationship that develops with estate planning clients, for example, should be lifelong, so I love working alongside clients through major milestones and life events. The probate process can be especially difficult for grieving families, and I value the opportunity to help them through such a trying time.
How I’m Different
When working with estate planning clients, it’s important to get to know them as people. I like discovering what is important to them now and in the future to help ensure their personal and financial goals are met. I aim to create a lifetime relationship with each client, by combining incomparable client service and high-caliber legal solutions. My clients are well cared for by an attorney who is truly interested in their lives.
Probate or trust and estate litigation usually occurs when families have recently lost a loved one and need someone they can trust to guide them through the process, and I am honored when a client chooses me to be that person.
Before McBrayer
I have worked in both Florida and Kentucky practicing estate planning, probate, trust and estate litigation, real estate law and commercial litigation. I also provided asset management and trust and estate services to high net-worth clients and institutions at an independent trust company.
