After earning her law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law, Emily Penn began her legal career as a clerk for Federal Magistrate Judge Brennenstuhl. Over her two years in this role, she refined her research and writing skills, allowing her to work on a range of civil cases handled by McBrayer.

Emily is eager to take on all aspects of civil litigation, from discovery and motion practice to trials.
