On May 18, McBrayer attorney Phillip Pearson will present "Planning for Retirement in Light of the SECURE Act and Recently Proposed Regulations" to members and guests of the Kentucky and Louisville Metro chapters of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
Mr. Pearson will review recent changes to the law, specifically the SECURE Act, as well as potential upcoming changes and provide guidance and information on making retirement plans in light of those developments.
