TITLE: REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY
LOCATION: LEXINGTON, KY
McBrayer seeks a full-time attorney to support a thriving Real Estate practice in our Lexington, Kentucky, office.
Preferred applicants will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of real estate-focused legal practice experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Litigation experience (appearing in court and before administrative boards, participating in mediations, negotiating settlements, drafting written discovery, taking depositions, etc.)
- The ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Kentucky and possess a strong work ethic. This position will require commitment to handling client matters beyond regular business hours in a fast-paced firm environment.
