Beginning January 1, 2026, McBrayer PLLC will enter a new era of leadership, defined by an innovative firm structure. Longtime Managing Member James H. Frazier, III, will now serve as CEO of the organization, while Jaron P. Blandford succeeds him as Managing Member.

His connection to McBrayer began during law school at the University of Kentucky in 1995, starting as a clerk in the firm’s Lexington office. Over nearly three decades since, he has shaped the firm’s culture, expanded its practice capabilities, and mentored a new generation of attorneys in the tradition of leaders like Terry McBrayer and Jim Frazier. Known for his open door and steady guidance, Jaron has helped cultivate many of the litigators who define the firm today. He steps into the role of Managing Member during one of the most significant periods of growth in McBrayer’s history, focused on strengthening the client experience through consistent service, practical guidance, and the responsiveness that has defined the firm since 1963. |

Now serving as CEO, Jim continues to shape the firm’s future with his broad, visionary focus. He has expanded McBrayer’s influence beyond its walls, positioning it as a Kentucky firm with international reach, and continues to guide its evolution in a rapidly changing legal landscape. His commitment to innovation, growth, and client-centered strategy remains a driving force behind the firm’s success. |
