McBrayer PLLC has added Colby Blair as Director of Operations, underscoring the firm’s continued commitment to enhancing client service delivery.

Blair focuses on aligning people, processes, and partners behind the work, enhancing law firm operations so that attorneys can stay focused on advising clients, managing risk and winning cases.

As McBrayer continues to grow, his addition represents a strategic investment in the firm’s executive leadership team, alongside its CFO, CHRO, and CMO. This structure aligns more closely with how clients operate and strengthens the firm’s mission to deliver a more consistent, coordinated experience for clients.

Blair brings more than 20 years of experience in financial and operational leadership. A native of Owensboro, Kentucky, he relocated to Lexington to attend Transylvania University and remains actively engaged in the local community.  He is a member of St. Peter Claver Catholic Church and serves on the board of the Newman Foundation, Inc.
