Managing Member James H. Frazier, III, will made remarks at the annual State of Downtown Lexington presentation on Wednesday, June 29, as the Board Chairman of the Downtown Lexington Management District (DLMD).
Mr. Frazier spoke about the DLMD's goals for safety, cleanliness, and beautification of downtown Lexington and gave an overview of steps taken to achieve those goals in the past year, including an increased security presence on weekend evenings.
The State of Downtown provides Lexingtonians with an update on the health of the center of the city, including updates from the past year and reviews of "economic indicators related to customer base, commercial real estate, mobility and transit and living and quality of life." The presentation is delivered by the Downtown Lexington Partnership.
