Louisville Girls Leadership, which grew out of the first Louisville Girls’ Leadership Conference held in 1997, is a community-wide program that recruits girls from every public and private high school in Metro Louisville and brings that diverse group together to connect, learn, and transform throughout an immersive leadership journey. Over the course of each year of the program, a core group of 40 girls organizes monthly education sessions, networking opportunities with local leaders, communitywide events, and Onward!, the program's annual fundraiser.
