Winterwood, Inc., has specialized in affordable housing since 1979 and manages over 340 communities across 8 states. McBrayer has been fortunate to participate and present at their Annual Training Meeting for several years. This year’s training was called “Winterwood Wild West 2026 ATM – Saddle Up for Success.” Jaron Blandford, Emily Henshaw, Emily Penn, Diane Barton, and Kenzie Hall presented on Lease Violations and Evictions.
