On March 24th, McBrayer Member Anne-Tyler Morgan will be speaking at the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce's 13th Annual Kentucky Health Care and Worksite Wellness Conference.
Her 2:30 p.m. presentation will provide healthcare employers (including but not limited to hospitals, clinics, and long-term care providers) with updates from the 2022 General Assembly session pertaining to their operations, billing, and ongoing COVID-19 measures. It will also update the above on any Congressional or federal agency (i.e. CDC, CMS, OSHA) measures which may affect operations, reimbursement, or COVID-19 measures. Last, it will address frequently asked health care law questions most relevant in Spring 2022.
