McBrayer is proud to announce a new era of leadership that honors our past while embracing our future.
Beginning in the new year, James H. Frazier, III, will transition from Managing Member to Chief Executive Officer, where he will focus on the firm’s strategic growth and innovation initiatives. At the same time, Jaron P. Blandford will become Managing Member, guiding the firm’s day-to-day operations and attorney development with a spirit of collaboration and vision for what’s ahead.
“It has been the privilege of a lifetime to lead McBrayer through decades of growth,” said Jim Frazier. “From seven attorneys to over 120 professionals, our strength has always been our people, their dedication, talent, and shared commitment to excellence.”
Under Jim’s leadership, McBrayer expanded its footprint from Lexington to Louisville and Frankfort and evolved into a full-service firm serving clients across industries and generations.
Now, as Jaron steps into his new role, he aims to build on that legacy by fostering greater collaboration and agility across offices.
“Jim’s mentorship has been instrumental,” said Jaron Blandford. “As we move forward, our goal is to deepen connections—between our people, our clients, and our communities. This transition represents not just change, but opportunity.”
With a strengthened management team, including a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer, McBrayer is poised to continue growing as Kentucky’s trusted law firm, focused on its clients, its people, and its shared future.
