McBrayer helped facilitate the successful completion of The Oaks at Woodland, a notable affordable housing project in Lexington.
Through a strategic partnership between Woodland Christian Church and Winterwood Inc., the initiative transformed a century-old church property into 38 safe, modern units dedicated to local seniors. The project uniquely combines historic preservation with community needs, housing 10 units within the restored church building and 28 units in a newly constructed adjacent facility. This development not only addresses the regional housing crisis but also revitalizes the church's sanctuary as a future performing arts venue.
