Overview
Brad Derifield is a transactional lawyer with more than 25 years of experience helping businesses solve problems and pursue growth. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, business services, and financing transactions across a variety of industries, including distilled spirits, healthcare, insurance, professional services, and banking. He regularly advises start-up founders, owners, executives, and in-house counsel on entity formation and structuring, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, commercial contracts, corporate governance, entity restructuring, and operational diligence. Brad also maintains a significant commercial real estate practice, advising clients on purchases and sales, leasing transactions, and structuring investment and ownership vehicles. He has experience with complex business transactions as counsel to buyers, sellers, borrowers, and lenders.
