Jason Morgan has moved into the role of Member, a partnership role in McBrayer PLLC. Jason joined McBrayer in 2012 after working as a trial attorney with Freund, Freeze & Arnold in Cincinnati. A key part of McBrayer’s Litigation team based in the firm's Lexington office, Jason’s practice focuses on general liability, construction, guardianship, estate, trust, and commercial litigation. Having worked in varied industries including real estate development, insurance, and restaurants, Jason brings a unique perspective to serving his clients and to the firm.

Jason Hollon, who joins the McBrayer Litigation team, brings two years of experience as a law clerk to the Honorable Hanly A. Ingram, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
