Alan Linker is a Member of McBrayer PLLC. His extensive experience in managing wealth transfer arrangements, gifts, and legacies makes him an integral part of McBrayer’s estate planning practice. Alan specifically works with the estate plans of high net worth individuals, corporate executives, and their families. He works to find practical solutions for each of his clients that prioritize their individual needs and goals for the disposition of their assets in both life and death, and he is skilled at implementing various estate planning strategies to minimize transfer tax burdens for his clients and their loved ones.  

In addition to his estate planning practice, Alan handles matters of business formation, entity structuring, mergers, and acquisitions in the field of corporate and business law. In his time practicing in this area, he has achieved the distinction of receiving several decisions from the Kentucky Supreme Court.

Outside of his regular practice, Alan has served as the Founding Commissioner of the City of Hurstbourne, Kentucky and has been the Regional Director of the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League.
